A lot of freeware have trackers embedded for compiling list for for advertisers , How loaded is comodo with trackers?

Neither CFP 2.4 or 3 Alpha 1 have anything like that. No tracking. You are, of course, very welcome to run a packet sniffer yourself & satisfy any doubts that you may have.
