I have the same issue, except that numerous installers get highlighted as having this trojan, all sorts of applications and games from trusted sources. As soon as a .tmp file from the installer goes into my TEMP folder the pop-up appears and kills off the installer without any options available to stop it.
New Windows 8.1 64-bit PC, I only want the COMODO firewall not anything else but can’t get rid of this Cloud Scanner thing, it isn’t shown as an uninstall option in Control Panel.

You can disable Analyze unknown files in the cloud by uploading them for instant analysis and disable Do not show antivirus alerts.
