Firefox 61 and 62 support draft 28, and Firefox 63 supports RFC 8446.

Chromium M68 and M69 support draft 28, and M70 supports RFC 8446.

In with the new, out with the old. Browsers are deprecating TLS 1.0 and 1.1. :slight_smile:
