With the implementation of TLS 1.3 now becoming widespread you can get CID 58.0.0.11 to support this.
If you go to www.ssllabs.com and click on test your browser, it will show support for TLS 1.2
Go to about:config and then search for security.tls.version.max you will see that this has a value of 3. Change the value to 4, then re test CID at ssllabs and it will now show that TLS 1.3 is supported.
