Time server offline?

Am I correct in my observation that Timestamp Server And Stamping Protocols | Sectigo® Official is offline? This happens from time to time, is that normal?

Is no one else experiencing this issue? How will it be until the server is back up again?

As the certificates are now under Sectigo, and the timestamp you have linked to is on their site, you may be better asking there :-
