I don’t remember what website I found it I click on a link it directs me to that website.

Normal blog page now populated though I’m sure this wasn’t the case last year. On a similar note, this persistent page pop-up is very annoying.

https://blog.comodo.com/ it appears when you scroll down the page a bit and then again on every page even if you go forward and back. Sometimes slightly delayed but it’s persistent so it’s not remember you’ve clicked the X.
