The plug-in StickyPassword on Chrome is not available

The auto-containment of comodo internet security 2025 Premium (ver 12.3.3.8140) has disabled the plug-in stickypassword ver 8.8.6.1295 of my chrome browser (ver 127.0.6533.100). It is gray and unavailable, prompting me to reinstall stickypassword.exe. However, on my brave browser (ver 1.68.137 Chromium: 127.0.6533.100), the plug-in stickypassword ver8.8.6.1295 can be used normally. I have added containment exception rules, including Chrome’s plug-in directory bnfdmghkeppfadphbnkjcicejfepnbfe and StickyPassword’s process stpass.exe. It’s useless. I have to temporarily disable the auto-containment function, and Chrome’s plug-in StickyPassword can be used normally.

  1. How can I solve this problem?
  2. Maybe you can solve this problem when you update Comodo next time?

Hi !

You’ll certainly get an answer from Sticky Password support, who are always willing to help, and quickly too.

Well… now… obviously… it’s not certain that they know why, since they may not be familiar with Comodo CIS.

Try it anyway, it’ll go a lot faster than Comodo support.
