"The parameter is incorrect" error upon starting Comodo Backup.

On a Windows Server 2003, when I open Comodo Backup, I’m getting this error.


The parameter is incorrect.

Though, even after getting the error program sounds running fine. The only problem is when the program gets an update it stops backing up data to Comodo cloud at the next the schedule.

Comodo Backup Ver: 4.2.2
OS: Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 (fully updated)
Shortcut Target: “C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO BackUp\CBU.exe”
Start in: “C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO BackUp”
(i’m getting the same error even when tried opening the program from it’s file location, i.e. “C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO BackUp\CBU.exe”)

Any help is greatly appreciated.
