The network firewall is not functioning properly

Hello!

After I installed Comodo Internet Security 3.8.65951.477 (non Antivirus module) under Windows 7, I received the following error: The network firewall is not functioning properly! Please run the diagnostics utility to fix the problem.

After I started as a diagnostic tool, it found several errors and asked me if I want to correct them. I pointed him to fix, but after a few seconds showed me an error, the correction of errors that has failed me and asked if I would like to create a report to send support. I created the report and now I send you, along with screenshot of the error.

Did you install CIS under Vista Compatibility Mode in Windows7?

If I remember correctly you right click on the installer and choose properties there should be a tab for compatibility.
You also have to follow instructions here

Could you please try what is suggested Here Run as Adminstrator (Right click) as well as running the Installer in Compatibility Mode.
If this does not work please try posting in that Topic.

Did you uninstall CIS before installing again?
