The audio service is not running

Title states the message displayed when I hover mouse over the red X in system tray.
The issue is that Windows audio service is unable to start up when HIPS is enabled.
CFW latest version, in firewall config safe mode, running on Windows 10 x64 Fall Creators.
HIPS Training mode did not help.
If I stop the service and restart it, it works, but I can’t get it to successfully autostart, and the option for delayed autostart is not available for this service.
I made a HIPS rule for audiodg.exe, I gave it windows system rules, but it didn’t help.

I can play music, but the windows icon for volume control is not working.

I disabled command line analysis for cmd.exe, and so far, I have not had problems with the audio service, and also not with intel integrated graphics system tray icon, which also failed to load, sometimes.
I still have protection for cmd.exe even without command line analysis, because HIPS is in paranoid mode.
