After upgrading CD to 15.0.3.0 user cannot login to [b]Internet, telefonia i telewizja | Plus because of the following error:

Bad Request

The Access Manager WebSEAL server received an invalid HTTP request.

The error appears every time I try to login to the above bolded link and it is only in this version of this browser
In Firefox Aurora 9.0a2 (2011-10-27) there is NO error
In IE 8.0.6001.18702 there is NO error
In all previous versions of Comod0 Dragon there was no such error
