Nope,The difference between them is that the first report is deleted files (user files) by any application, while the second is the left by of the events that any application type of (bat, vbs)
Edit,But with fixing the problem partially for files of type (exe),but The problem remains with the following extensions(bat,vbs).
can be transferred to Resolved/Outdated Issues - CIS,Thus remains Report [M1157].
