Tablet driver flagged as trojan

I recently purchased a Manhattan Graphics Tablet and when I tried to install it the following file got flagged as trojan horse:

C:/Windows/system32/UCmfg.exe

The file is a part of the drivers shipped on the CD. It has already been submitted to COMODO for analysis.
