Nope. It is likely unsolicited traffic and bad news. In worst case is a worm/virus trying to exploit any unpatched windows it finds.

AFAIK you could block any connection from an internet IP to you PC without second thoughts if the destination port is 135,157,138,139,445.

blocked it anyway everything seems to be working OK.
