svchost.exe is missing in registry

turn on my computer and then this box popup.
there is two of them. that basicly saying the same thing.

the exact word is
Could not load or run ‘C:/WINDOWS/svchost.exe’ specified in the registry. Make sure the file exist on your computer or referenced to it in the registry

im a beginner im not sure about stuff.

This may be a very serious error. Try system restore or last known good configuration. For last known good configuration boot the PC keep pushing F8 towards the end of the BIOS and after BIOS. You will then get a screen with boot options. Now choose last known good configuration.
