I like the comprehensiveness of Comodo very greatly.
What would really help, is that when an application doesn’t pass all the rules and a popup comes up, you should be able to indicate what rule you want to generate.
In particular, say whether for that application you trust it for all ports, protocols, parents etc. Otherwise you have to go in and edit the new rule generated.
Also, if possible, the ability to have rules generated on a per-document basis, at least for some popular products. For example, You may have an MSAccess database open and it accesses the internet. Your response needs to be set against that Database Document, not the program: a different Database (Document) needs to have a different response remembered.
