I find the graphic for “stop all activities” and “restore all” to be a bit confusing / counter intuitive. The graphic next to “stop all …” includes a red x suggesting that activities are already stopped. Perhaps you could show a status graphic with traffic light showing green when traffic is permitted and showing red when traffic is stopped.
