Subscrition not Cancelled, Help me

I have been using Comodo Internet Security on trial and that trial expired on November 28th.
I sent a message to comodo requesting for my Internet Security account to be canceled on november 25th,however that request wasn’t processed and I was charged this morning the yearly fee.

After 30day trial i never wanted that comodo extends my account

So whats wrong, check this please for me, cancel my account and send back my money!
