I have submitted several files, which I either think is false positives, not detected malware, or I simply don’t know. This service works very well and the response time is short.
I only receive e-mail reports on some of the files. I am not sure, but have an idea that I only receive feedback on the files that I submit as false positives, not the ones submitted as possible infected.
Can anyone confirm if this is correct?

Yes, you are right.
This has always been like this for malware submits, they hoped it would change at some time.
Will try to find Staff post confirming this later.
