Hi 23,

Thanks for reporting, we will check this issue.

Hi megaherz33,

We are processing your request.

Anything?

Hi 23,

We have unblocked updates.smplayer.info and issue has been fixed now. If you are still facing any problem, kindly share us the screenshot for the issue.

Now it shows this:

Are you using the Comodo DNS servers? If so first try flushing DNS cache and restarting your browser. When the problem persists please report it in Report Blocked Sites You Believe Are Safe Here 2019.

Hi 23,

We have re-checked and for website database 47411 we couldn’t replicate your issue. Below listed urls were successfully loaded by multiple browsers ( Chrome, Firefox, Comodo Dragon, Microsoft Edge) from different geolocations:

https://www.smplayer.info/changes

https://forum.smplayer.info/
http://updates.smplayer.info - redirects to https://www.smplayer.info/

Please provide additional steps/details (if any available) in order to further investigate. Also please check your DNS settings and let us know details; from your screenshot it seems that your PC can’t reach the webpage and the message details are not related to our Comodo product.

Yes, Comodo DNS. Will flush and report back.

Same as before…

Removed Comodo DNS and voila, it works…

So it’s definitely Comodo’s fault.

Please report the false positive in Report Blocked Sites You Believe Are Safe Here 2019.

Ok, but I see a message: “Warning: this topic has not been posted in for at least 120 days. Unless you’re sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic” :-\

And then, when I tried: “An Error Has Occurred!
The last posting from your IP was less than 60 seconds ago. Please try again later.”

Man, it’s so annoying all this…

Hi megaherz33,

Your request has been processed.

Thanks,
Viji.
