We have re-checked and for website database 47411 we couldn’t replicate your issue. Below listed urls were successfully loaded by multiple browsers ( Chrome, Firefox, Comodo Dragon, Microsoft Edge) from different geolocations:

Please provide additional steps/details (if any available) in order to further investigate. Also please check your DNS settings and let us know details; from your screenshot it seems that your PC can’t reach the webpage and the message details are not related to our Comodo product.
