Submission Problem

Hello i have got a problem about file submission

first, when i open ‘’ My Pending Files ‘’ it says 1/1/1970 2:00:00 AM under the ‘’ Submitted ‘’ column. There is problem with date.

Sandbox continously alerts me about these three files when i start my pc:
C:\WINDOWS\SysWow64\WLTRAY.exe Company: US ROBOTICS

C:\WINDOWS\stsystra.exe Company: SigmaTel, Inc

C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\AVGLS9\avgdiagex.exe

and finally when i click on ‘’ Lookup ‘’ for these two files (WLTRAY.exe, stsystra.exe) it gives error in the results window.

I wanted to inform you. what can i do next ? Is it serious problem ?

This is a known bug, hopefully fixed next version

Please consult the FAQ on unsandboxing specific applications. If you find it difficult to resolve, I would suggest waiting for the new version of CIS. Out supposedly this week, but may take a little longer.

If you know that the files are safe then you can go to Defense+ / Common Tasks / My Own Safe Files. You can then add the files to the list.

You shouldn’t be alerted to these files any more. Let us know if this doesn’t work. I’m not sure about the problem submitting, but it appears mouse1 does. I also don’t believe it’s a serious problem, it’s just annoying. :wink:

Thank you guys for your help. I hope all will be fixed in the future versions. I know them they are safe but i would like to help COMODO guys by submitting them via automatic submit feaure in sandbox. But seems like it doesn’t work good, i don’t know.

I would like to see an alert window if there is any problem with automatic lookup/submit so we can upload them manually.

I will keep them in sandbox and let’s see how many times later they will analyze and add them to their safe file list.
