I have installed the latest version of the free version of CIS. Whenever the program starts, I noticed the tray icon looks like a blinking strobe before the up and down arrows of the firewall appear.
Is this normal behavior when the program starts? Does it mean that it is searching for updates?
Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks.
