Strange D+ logs

Hi! This morning, when i woke up, i saw an D+ event on my screen:
http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/6388/12810448.th.png

12/7/2009 7:35:10 AM/C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe/Create Process, Execute Image/D:\Downloads\Programs\Ad-AwareInstallation.exe
??? ??? ???
Why rundll32.exe executes ad-aware installer??? I have a folder on my HDD(not in the system partition) where i keep some installers of some programs, so, if i need to reinstall my OS, not to download them again.I cannot realyze, what rundll32.exe has to do with them?
Then i checked for other events and there are some strange things.Look at the attached screenshots.

And all this happens when i sleep.

Anybody?

Thank you, but how exactly this link answers to my question?Do you read it?

No it doesn’t and I do apologize for that. I didn’t really pay attention to a detail at the time of reading your thread.

Is this on Win 7 bequick?

If so it may be something to do with ProgramDataUpdater, see if page 2 helps. https://forums.comodo.com/defense_help/defense_alerts_rundll32exe_is_trying_to_execute_different_dll_exe_files-t40265.0.html

Matt

Yes, it’s on windows 7.And maybe this is the answer, but there’s one thing that disturbes me.Why it executes files, which are not on it’s partition? They are just installers on the other drive(D:)
