I have downloaded Ice Dragon and I can see it in my downloads but can not open it. Please help. Chris

Just some ideas.
What happens when you try to execute the installer?
Do you receive any error messages?
Try downloading the installer again in case the download is corrupt for some reason.
If it still fails try downloading to a different location in case of some error within the downloads folder.
