I want to renew my Comodo EV SLL Certificate. When I select renewal for my existing EV certificate in the Account Manager I get four choices of varying prices, with no mention of the EV option:

InstantSSL Certificates
InstantSSL Pro Certificates
PremiumSSL Certificates
PremiumSSL Wildcard Certificates

Are all of these choices EV SSL Certificates? If not, which can I choose which will give me that feature?

No, none of the certificates you listed is EV, they are all Organization Validation-level certificates from the Instant SSL line. Your options for an EV would be:

-Positive SSL EV
-Positive SSL EV Multi-Domain
-Comodo EV SSL
-Comodo EV SSL Multi-Domain

And there are also a couple of Enterprise-level EV solutions available.
