Spywareblaster & Malwarebytes MBAM, is still important or not?

I need suggestion about:

  1. Spywareblaster ‘host blocked immune’ is still important or not, if i use CIS Premium 2012 with Comodo Secure DNS?

  2. Malwarebytes MBAM ‘real time protection’ is still important or not, if i use CIS Premium 2012 with Comodo Secure DNS?

Spywareblaster list surely never hurt.

Malwarebytes Real time protection may interfere with CIS. We do not advice to have two resident shields run at the same time. Choose if you want the Comodo AV to monitor or MBAM.

CIS has anti virus. I should have said: Choose if you want the av of CIS to monitor or MBAM.
