SPAM Filter Issue: Initial Email not Received

The past two times I’ve signed up for the free email certificate, I never received the promised email with instructions on how to pick up the certificate.

I think it is getting caught in the SPAM filter. My sysadmin asked me to find out the email address the instructions would be coming from, so he can make an exception for it.

Does anyone know what email address this will be coming from?
