Some suggestions

In my option, we can consider the following ways to improve performance before install CTM:

  1. Turn off System Restore.
  2. Move pagefile to unprotected partition or disable it if you have more physical memory.
  3. Move “My Documents”,“My Music”，“My Pictures”,“My videos”,“Desktop”,“Favorites”,“Temp” and “Temporary Internet Files” to unprotected partition.
  4. Make sure there are enough free space on system partition and only protect system partition(s).

Any ideas?
