I finally figured out how to make the game run. I had to uninstall the firewall. If i just disable or exit firewall i still have 3 services running at startup that will reenable itself if i change it in msconfig. (COMODO Internet Security Helper Service, COMODO Internet Security Protected Helper Service and COMODO Virtual Service Manager). Is it possible to create a firewall rule to allow the game to launch?
Good news, i figured it out. What i had to do was go to Settings - Advanced Protection - Miscellaneous and select "Don’t detect shellcode injections in these applications then add ForzaHorizon4.exe to that list. :-TU
