[SOLVED] cmdagent.exe - Many memory page errors and disk reads after startup

A have Windows Vista 64bit with Comodo Internet Security installed. After every full boot (not wake up), process cmdagent.exe starts to read lots of files on disk - it makes more than 2GB read / 3GB write according to windows performance monitor. It also has thousands of memory page errors, even if I have 4GB RAM and only just 25% is used.
This activity takes about 5 minutes and computer is virtually useless during this time. CPU is OK, no extensive use. Bottleneck in this case is disk. It also seems as random reads, disk makes loud noise because of disk head movement.

I have antivirus mode set to stateful, no shceduled scans enabled, no other security software excepd built-in Windows Defender. Defense+ is in Clean PC Mode, Firewall is in Safe mode.

My configuration:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 [at] 3 GHz
4 GB DDR2 800MHz RAM
640 GB WD Caviar with 16MB cache, 7200 rpm
Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit

Any advices how to get rid of this unwanted behavior?

I reinstalled Comodo and it seems that problem is gone for now. I hope that I wolud not have to do this with every update.
