Hope someone can help me,
I downloaded Antivirus in June and have just realised that there have been no signature update since then. I have clicked the “update now” at least twice with no response, what am I doing wrong.

Do you have any firewall (hardware or software) or any other security software installed ?

I just tried the downloader and it works fine. You may have something in your firewall blocking the download. Are you connecting when you press the update button or is it timing out? If it is connecting, is it retrieving the updates or not? You will be able to tell by the progress bar and the update notice.
