If I correctly understood, there is a way to get 10 Gb for free. Just need to get an Ccloud account.
Nevertheless, I tried several times to “Sign up” in order to create a new count, but no success. It always asks for user/password. What I need, is to create a new account?
Who can advise?

That’s the same issue I reported here https://forums.comodo.com/comodo-cloud/no-longer-able-to-create-new-account-t115635.0.html.
I also had send a request to cCloud support about this issue, and 3 weeks later they have not responded.
It appears that the cCloud project is currently abandoned which would explain why they are not allowing new signups. Perhaps they are working on something new. Perhaps not. Can’t say for sure if support will not reply.
