Should I upgrade manually?

I have version 12.2.2.8012 (CIS Premium from the forum). I haven’t visited the forum in a while, and now I see there’s already version 12.3.4.8162 out. It was never shown in the updates dialog box - should I just upgrade manually? Will it retain all the settings and license key?

Thank you for reporting.
CIS v12.2.2.8012 doesn’t have binary update to latest version.
So kindly install the latest version and update the license.

Please note that if the above setting is unchecked, Comodo can become a mess. This is why many people are reluctant to upgrade Comodo and has not been fixed since 8012.

So there’s no miscommunication on this, after you uncheck “Rate applications according to their vendor rating”, click “OK”, then close the user interface, then try to reopen it. Next reboot the computer and see what happens.

You could make a video and send us the link so we can see what is happening in detail. I believe that developers would be able to reproduce this problem.
