I can’t receive any faxes as of today… No e-mails and I can’t login to the site. When I try to reset my password I never receive the e-mail… and noone seems to answer the phone in support. What’s going on here?
I finally got my reset password requests (about an hour later). Not sure what happened. No call back from support, though. (:SAD)
There was a delay with email notification that was corrected on your account. When the email notification was successfully sent - the support ticket created for your issued was closed.
