Using Windows 7 64bit and Comodo Dragon results in some serious memory usage. Check the picture I attached. Hope to see some update soon.

It would be a memory leak if memory usage was increasing all time while Dragon wasn’t doing some work (i.e. you opened Dragon, it used 10Mbytes of memory, then you didn’t do anything and Dragon started using after 10-15 mins or earlier 30Mbytes of memory ) .
But in your case it’s normal memory usage for both Dragon/Chromium browsers.
I don’t see any problems here.
