Secure DNS Settings

Does anyone know the proper Comodo Secure DNS settings for Windows 10, 64 bit pc

I’ve found in past those dns to be kinda unstable.
I would rather use the Neustar-Comodo ones (which are the same modified by Comodo when installing CAV/CIS, if you accept the SecureDNS feature) which are:
156.154.70.25
156.154.71.25
rcrsv1.defra1.prod.ultradns.net. NeuStar

or direclty use the Neustar public DNS:
https://www.home.neustar/dns-services/ultra-recursive-dns
The threat protection ones are:
156.154.70.2
156.154.71.2
