I setup two scheduled tasks:
Task 1 takes a snapshot of the machine at 7:00 AM on Sunday mornings.
Task 2 boots at each restart to the current snapshot (the one made at 7:00 on Sunday mornings) and removes any other snapshots.
However, while the computer IS on at 7:00 am on Sundays, it is not creating a new snapshot. Thus when task 2 runs, it loads up an old snapshot (which excludes windows updates and AV software updates).
I need help with this; it’s important that this works.
I have Windows 7 Pro. I had no install problems to speak of, and other than this task issue, Time Machine is working fine.
