Schedule > RUN Mode > Service RUN not working for me

Hello, my 1st post.

After selecting to schedule a Network share backup (by clicking on the clock), then RUN MODE > SERVICE RUN, > Save Schedule, I get: “An error occurred while setting the schedule. The schedule has not been set.” . I have tried setting the schedule many times from from different GUI screens, but always get the same error.

Service RUN mode is clearly needed when logged out and a scheduled backup is trying to run.

Please, what am I doing wrong?
