Let the scanning in progress window disappear behind any other window without needing to be minimized.
I second that. There’s no need for it to be on top all the time. May be an option to disable “Remain On Top” would be convenient.

maybe add a button that lets you choose if you want it on top.
Even when minimized it’s still a pain. Why not just stick to windows conventions? If I minimize something, I don’t want a little piece of it hanging out at the top of my taskbar.
And the ability for the user to decide whether it’s always on top or not is pretty standard functionality…

When i’m watching a movie, usually scanning my pc and seeding torrents.That scanning window on top is pretty annoying.
