the problem is that comodo antivirus on access say that scanner is enabled in fact when i go to my pc security center there is no protection from virus and spyware…how can i resolve this problem???

Comodo antivirus is currently a beta product and as such it is not yet recognized by windows security centre. You can either tell security centre that you will monitor antivirus yourself or you can disable security centre.
When CAVS 3 is finished it should be recognized by windows security centre as Comodo Firewall is.
