I am new at Comodo Backup, I am an 84 male, not a Techie. I have been trying to do Backup to my WD My Cloud 2T but every time I try to do it Backup insists I sign in to cCloud first. I am using the same credentials for both the forum and cCloud and I get wrong password or user name.
What do I have to do?

I am sorry to say but you need to create a cCloud account first. That cCloud sign in is different than the forum sign in, and the home page for it is: https://app.ccloud.com/#signin
The bad news is that this does not seem to be supported at the moment, and clicking the Sign Up link does nothing at all right now. I have had a request in to Comodo Support about this for over a month, but they have not responded.
