Runtime error bug

Windows Vista SP1 (UAC on under Admin. account)

Sometimes when I open the active applications window in Proactive Defense, CIS crashes and gives the error below.

I press OK and a new error box appears. No image, as I forgot to make a screenshot. But it said unknown software exception (0x40000015) in location 0x0044b621. I clicked OK to end CIS.

Has been happening a lot.

May be yuo need the latest visual c++ runtime from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=200b2fd9-ae1a-4a14-984d-389c36f85647&displaylang=en .

I believe I have the latest version c++ 2008. At least, according to the installed updates.
