Pour les régles de Parfue.
Quelles Régles il faut pour Windows Media Player,SYstem et TeamViewer?
Pour TeamViewer j’ai doné Reglé comme Browser.Es-ce que c’est bien?

Your french looks good to me. Agreed for posting in English.

Callisto:
Teamviewer treat as browser should be OK as it uses only port 80, same as browsers.

Allowing unrestricted internet access to MediaPlayer may be a bit too much. I would delete the rule then set CIS in training mode, run the media player, access libraries etc. Do not forget to reset CIS to the previous mode.

System is a MS application and as such could be trusted.
