Rule without a name.

I have 4 of these rules without a description. All are allowed but I edited it and block it because I don’t know what it is.

What will happen if I will remove these rules? Is it going to ask again to be allowed for an access? If this is the case, then I have the chance to study it and read more carefully of its details.

Need some advise. Thanks.

Press Purge. Probably they are rules about a program you have uninstalled.
