You can already search by application location on both the Firewall and Defense+. If you click on the “Application name” at the top of the screen and type “c:” you should see what I mean when the drop-down list appears. Select the application you’re interested in and then hit return, it should scroll to it in the list.
how about to type the exe name only?
No, not currently. It only works the way I have described. Mind you, since the drop-down list is in the correct order it’s not difficult to find the application you want. It also accepts system variables (eg. %windir%).
