Seems a routing gremlin got into the system somehow. This may have impacted some customers email delivery by causing some latency, possibly as much as an hour.
Our apologies to you if you were affected but, fingers crossed, all seems back to normal as at 18:08 EST. We’ll continue to monitor as the evening progresses and advise should the fix not stick.

OK - seems the fix is not sticking. Appropriate personnel have been summoned and are en-route which means there may be some more random delays for a little while longer.
We expect to be ‘problem solved’ in ~ 1 hour.
That’s looking better.
We still have some more work to do but we’ll try to minimize disruptions while we’re doing it.
