Root Certificate

We have two server the application server and a b2b server. I replace my application server with the Comodo Certificate. After replacing the Certificate I’m not able to communicate with the B2B server. We were using the Verisign Certificate before replacing with Comodo. Is there anything else I’m missing or that I’m not able to connect to my B2B server?

This could be many things.

  1. It could be that you need to add the Comodo root certificate to a list of authorised roots for server authentication.
  2. It could be that you have not fully installed the certificate, so no path to a trusted root can be found.

I would recommend submitting a ticket to the support team at http://support.comodo.com as they may have the resolution you require.
