I used to make some use of Comodo Ice Dragon before a hard drive crash in 2014. I had my data professionally recovered. Recently Firefox has become so awful that I felt the need for another Gecko browser.
I copied the Program Files folder from the recovered data to a secondary hard drive, and I copied the Application Data folders to my C drive. I was very disappointed to find that when I opened the GUI there were no bookmarks, no Session Manager or other extensions, and no browser history. The same thing obtained when I opened the GUI directly from the recovered data folder. I found through careful checking that the folders do indeed contain the files they need to produce these things in the GUI.
