Resetting Security Policy Settings Firewall/Defense+?

How do I reset the network security/computer security policy settings to default? or is it ok to delete all them and then learn again?

I just want to get this setting to what it was after installing CPF

Go to Miscellaneous\Manage My Configuration and select and apply Optimum Security.

Import a saved configuration from a file

Then activate it.
