Resend archive message

I also have given Comodo time to fix this issue (for the third time and over a month). I have clients who pay the extra for the archiving service. Every time we have tried to use it to resend a message I have had to contact support as it does not work. Then a month ago two clients tried to resend a message and it did not work I have had a support case open for over a month for all my clients can’t resend an archived message.

Despite this passed to the development team who came back with a log of the message being sent but I dont see it and nor does the inbound log. SO was sent back as not fixed and been raised again.

Comodo this service is getting worse not better.
